Age Limit: 

• For Junior Translation Officer (JTO) & Stenographer Grade – I (English Typist): Born not earlier than 08.11.1992 and not later than 07.11.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For Other Posts: Born not earlier than 08.11.1995 and not later than 07.11.2004. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Junior Translation Officer (JTO): Master Degree in English / Hindi.
• For Stenographer (English Typing): Intermediate (10+2) Passed with 80 w.p.m typing speed in English
• For Administrative Assistant (English Typing): Intermediate (10+2) Passed with 35 w.p.m typing speed in English.
• For Store Assistant (English Typing): Intermediate (10+2) Passed with 35 wp.m. in English.
• For Store Assistant (Hindi Typing): Intermediate (10+2) Passed with 30 w.p.m typing speed in Hindi
• For Security Assistant: Intermediate (10+2) Passed.
• For Vehicle Operator: Matriculation (10th) Passed and Should have a valid Driving License for Heavy Motor Vehicle and Three years experience of Driving a Motor Car.
• For Fire Engine Driver: Matriculation (10th) Passed with Should have valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicle.
• For Fireman: Matriculation (10th) Passed (Under 10+2)

Physical Eligibility:

• Height for Male: 165 cm
• Chest for Male: 81 – 86 cm
• Height for Female: 157 cm

Fees: Rs. 100/- for General/EWS/OBC candidates and There is no fee for SC / ST / PwD / ESM / Female candidates

Selection Process: Selection will be based on performance in the Written Test Typing Test, Physical Test.

Pay Scale:

• For Junior Translation Officer (JTO) & Stenographer Grade – I (English Typist): Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
• For Stenographer Grade – II (English Typist): Rs. 25500 – Rs. 81100/-
• For Other Posts: Rs. 19900 – Rs. 63200/-
